Pathetic service and even worse finance system

Metrofibre has been a pain in my backside since May 2023 when they started debiting large amounts from my account. This happened more than five times and they have no intentions to fix their billing system instead they will cut your services even though you make the effort to keep your account up to date regardless of their stuff up! I have emailed Lesego from debtors and the finance department so many times with Proofs of payment but till this day my account is suspended. Reading the reviews here I’m not the only one they’re taking money from *********ly. I will write a review every month if I have to.
