Pathetic Service

Worst Pathetic service I have ever received from any paying service provider , I have been without network 6 days today and i get its we working on it will contact you. I have not been working for the past 2 days and tomorrow i am left with no choice but go to the office when i request to cancel i am told i have a binding contract until March so from now until then i must suffer like this? I honestly curse the day i moved to a different area and Rain at the time couldn’t offer services and I had to webafrica the worst days of my life.

All i am asking under mutual agreement please cancel my subscription you have failed to give me service.

Please i beg and i wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemie to sigh up with you
