Pathetic service

Worst client care service ever. They took over from my original service provider. Filled in the debit order forms and no debit order has been set up. Cannot get any1 from that company to assist. But they are sending invoices for payment. The last reply i got from them was last mo th to acknowledge that they recieved the debit order form and all is in order. 5 emails later and no response.
