Pathetic Service

The level of customer service is non existent,the staff are clueless and have no sense of urgency.I have been on the phone to these inept people atleast 6 times in 2 days to simply change my address.Yesterday i was told that i would be up and running today. I should have known better than to believe that they would actually honour their commitment.
