Pathetic pathetic service oh good god

This has been the most pathetic service ever. I logged the finance support ticket a week ago. Still haven’t had a reply. I have sent numerous emails still no reply phoned about 24 times ….staying on hold…no answer.Nobody is answering the phones they’ve cut my service on my land because of a fault on the side, and yet we the one sitting without internet service. You can take your service and shove it up your f*** a&&&& stay away from me this company you just become a number to then!!!
