Pathetic Metrofiber service

Unfortunately, the service from Metrofiber over the last year has degraded from good to the worst I have experienced from any service provider. Two weeks of begging and pleading has come to nothing. Logging and escalating calls does not mean anything. Still not fixed after 2 weeks? Pathetic guys!
