PATHETIC AND ***********

If only I could give a half a star. 5 hours, no internet. It went down without reason at 12. Technician was here at 3, sprayed something in the Fibre port of the ONT. And then proceeded to leave and said my line would be activated in 2 hours!?!?!? Why TF would my line need to be activated??? I have been a customer, through my ISP, for over a year. They are so useless it is astonishing.
