PATHETHIC SERVICE METRO FIBRE .
Metro Fibre services my complex.
i have been trying to get a hold of an agent since 2nd of April 2026 , via telephone , whatsapp , facebook to report an issue with my line .
the AI SUE' telephony system used is absolutely pathetic , i am being cut off after holding for 20 minutes at a time .
can a HUMAN BEING from Metrofibre please contact me !!!!!!!
