OVER THREE MONTHS WAITING FOR SERVICE!

#MetroConnect I have been trying to get my Fibre installed since November last year with all forms completed submitted etc in NOVEMBER LAST YEAR and I follow up almost on a daily basis and I STILL have not received service from your team. Absolutely shocking service!!! As you are the only provider in my area I am at your mercy and this is beyond ridiculous. There are very sweet consultants who promise service and cannot deliver.
