Out of service for 5 days

I have been out of service for more than 5 days with no help. Been told for the past 3 days that a technician is coming and nothing.

I work from home which means that I have struggled and had to find alternative means. The kids use google classroom for their homework and exam preparations which means that it has also been a struggle with them.

We use SMART TV which means that we have not been able to watch TV and many more other things that need connectivity around the house.

Till now I have no definite resolution time. I would not recommend this fibre for anyone.
