None existent 250/250 speeds

Worst service ever. I was using your 20/20 line speed fiber for almost a year and on the 28th of August 2023 I made the worst mistake in my entire life by upgrading to your so called dream 250/250 line. Pathetic I must say. You should retract this package as it’s just a nightmare and your teams can’t even assist with it.

Metrofibre and Webafrica should just stick to what they know which is the basic fibre service.
