No technical support contacts/responses

<p>So I have had Metrofibre for about 3 months now, but am yet to receive their technical contact details. They say they have technical support on their website, yet the number/contact details are nowhere to be found.</p> <p>Even sending them a tweet has yielded no results.</p>
