NO SERVICE AT ALL

I am frustrated and disappointed with the handling of my recent service request. I logged a call on Sunday, and the consultant assured me that a technician would be dispatched on Monday morning to address my issue. However, as of today, I have been calling your office since 8:00 AM and sending WhatsApp messages, but the response has consistently been that a technician will call me back. Despite these assurances, there has been no further communication or progress. I have been informed that the estimated time for resolution is now 24 to 48 hours. This delay is unacceptable, especially given the initial promise of a Monday morning visit. The lack of timely service and clear communication is causing significant inconvenience. I work from home, I am losing money.
