No internet service and bad customer support
@Metro_Fibre is the absolute worst ISP, and it doesn’t help that their customer service is appalling. It has been over 12hrs without internet service, with the engineers “investigating and resolving the issue”. No etr, same copy & paste response and support line is inactive.
