No internet!!!!

Again... metro fibre doesn't care about their customers especially in the township. I ****en pay more than your customers in the suburbs and they get treated better than me!!! I again haven't had fiber or internet for 3 weeks and the agents you got work for you are ****. Lindie/ Lizzie is ****** rude and she hung up on me😔🙆🏽♀️ I pay too much to be treated like a second class citizen. There are so many people looking for jobs in south africa and they are ****** good. Why keep someone that obviously doesn't need her job??? Fire her !!! I'm so sick of having to explain to my boss why my internet's not working and dealing with your *********** customer service reps that don't know anything about customer service!! I want my internet working ASAP, you answer to someone...I also answer to someone. NO ONE TALKS TO YOU THERE!! IT'S ALMOST LIKE YOU'RE DOING THEM A ****ING FAVOUR WHEN I PAY MONTHLY!!! Get rid of the dead weight also that's Lindie/Lizzie . My password according to her is 331572 it wasn't explained to me at all. Lazy person that's kept employed 🙄
