No fibre at all and elusive repair technicians

If you don't mind being without fibre while waiting for repairs for over 10 days while you're showered with **** promises and supposed escalations then MetroFibre is the service provider for you! They cannot even commit to calling back when you request one for an update. I'm getting the impression there is only one technician servicing the whole of KZN. I have offered to pick him or her up even. Don't waste your time with the complaints email box that was just useless. I am still waiting, considering moving to another provider soon
