No feedback regarding service outage and ETA on resolution

My internet service went down on Friday 9th June 2023. I logged a ticket and attempted to call the support line to find out if there was any outages in our area and I was told that technicians are working on resolving this issue. It is now Monday 12th June and I have not received any update with regards to when the service will be restored. I used the whatsapp chat to get feedback and was given the below response: Unfortunately we will not be able to provide an estimated time on when it would be resolved yet as we are waiting for feedback from our technicians. We do apologies for the inconvenience.
