No customer service

MetroFibre customer service is terrible , trying to get an update onTicket 336516: CPE is off line but keep getting told the same thing for 3 days now . Technician is busy with the fault , thats it. They unable to confirm if or when service will be restored , being a new customer now regretting using their services , going to cancell
