No connection, no response

I have no connection for the past three days, I called on Monday was told the whole area Da****rt Pretoria. Tuesday I checked again no response even today Wednesday I have no connection and all my stuff I use fibre. I always receive SMS if there's any problem but not this time, when I go to my neighbours to enquire their fibre is working perfectly. I am irritated because now they are not responding to me, I asked for technician to come check my connection but all in vain. Come month end they will need full amount
