No connection

Good Day,

Any idea what's popping ko. RIVERSIDEVIEW Eagles Diepsloot?? Since 10 with no connection and I'm working from home. No notifications no response

Please update please. It's school holiday we working from home. We need to know. Is the node/exchange down, is there a fribre break? Ke eng we can't just guess guys please advise please

I'm currently working and had to purchase data in order to work. I know Fibre it's the best effort service and can't guarantee that there won't be downtime but any update here and there would really help. Now I must guess again? Will there be reimbur*****ts for downtime?? Is there and updates or atleast an ETR atleast
