No choice metro fibre

Well, after a year since I cancelled this service, we meet again because the complex I have moved to, unfortunately, only uses metro fibre. Someone came on Friday to get me connected, I was then told there are no fibre lines and that someone else would need to come do installation. I got a knock at my door this morning thinking, I’d be sorted it but guess what? I was told that the ticket logged was for repairs and not installation so now, someone else needed to come and that they don’t do it on Sundays…simple simple installation and there’s mistakes in getting that right. I have never found them service useful and I can see that nothing has changed since I last used them.
