NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD TO BEG A COMPANY LIKE THIS

Please see below email detailing my experience with Metro Fibre:

To whom it may concern,

For over a month, my wife and I have been trying to get fibre into our unit @ 13 Thorn Tree Place (An estate on its own), Cedar avenue west, Maroeladal. (NOT STONERIDGE ESTATE!!)

Metro fibre who was my service provider at my previous residence, 66 Avignon, White Hills Boulevard, Lonehill, forgot to register my change of address that I requested multiple times.

Only to be told that they cannot provide wifi because Vumatel had an existing line in the property and that we have to have it cancelled by Vumatel. We proceeded to contact the previous tenants service provider, Mweb, to have the line cancelled and cleared for you to supply wifi.

Vumatel informed us that they have released the line. Only then to be told by metro fibre that they couldn't connect.

Vumatel technicians came to inspect the line at our property and informed us that it was not their infrastructure? and that it was indeed Metro fibres infrastructure and line? HOW AFTER 1 MONTH DID YOU NOT PICK UP THAT IT WAS YOUR LINE!!!!!?????

Nozipho, Anele, Bruce, Xaviar after all the calls? Nozipho you had the audacity to get cheeky with my wife????? The level of incompetance is alarming!!!

Now on top of all that, I cancelled all orders and accounts with Metro fibre and Vumatel installed a new line to our property but our new service provider, Vox, cannot activate our wifi service because Metro Fibre have a line open on the property. How on earth can you have a line open on the property when you have spent over a month telling us to get Vumatel to release the line!!!!! when it was your line!!!

i am requesting 1 last time that you, Metro Fibre, release your line from our address @ 13 Thorn Tree Place (An estate on its own), Cedar avenue west, Maroeladal. (NOT STONERIDGE ESTATE!!)

I have Inserted a lightstone report to clarify the address should there be any confusion.

I'm literally begging you to get this 1 thing right and cancel all accounts and orders for this property in my name, Clinton Basil Dart, Id # 740 Tel # 0645/0825 So that Vumatel and Vox can provide the services that we have been requesting from you for over a month.
