This is completely unacceptable and an absolute joke of a service! I requested this installation on Monday, someone came Thursday and couldn't even fix the issue, and today another technician came only for the connection to fail after barely 3 hours! Now Ismarelda has the audacity to preach about a 30-day notice period when I demanded this useless device be taken back tomorrow? Absolutely not! I am not paying a single cent for this garbage, broken service. I expect a call from Mapula first thing tomorrow morning to get a technician out here to rip this fibre equipment out and collect it immediately. I will not wait another day, and I better not see a single invoice for something that never even worked! Call me on ***
