Nearly a month gone and no feedback!

Placed an order through Mweb for a Fibre upgrade on the 24th of August 2023, MetroFibre is the service provider for the Fibre. This long weekend will be a month and I have not gotten any feedback from neither Mweb or MetroFibre. Utterly ridiculous.
