My network has been failing and a technician will come out repair and 2 days later same problem

My network has been failing and a technician will come out repair and 2 days later same problem.So I must have more down time than up time 3 days off and 2 days working.Really pathetic and then they can't even advise a technician that the complaint is critical because it's ongoing.
