Mr Robert was in charge of managing our area ..avoca ..red hill ..effingham ..our pipes were damaged ...elect cables damaged.... painted walls messed...now our driveways and verges are left in a mess ...our crying out is not helping .....only broken promises..pavements have rubble on it which school kids use
