Monopolistics Tendancies

It seems MetroFibre thinks its okay to increase prices without sending formal communication or notice to customers. It doesn't make sense why a credit note would be issued and replaced with another invoice of a higher amount without having send a notice that the price of the service is increasing (or going to increase).

That's the problem with monopoly/oligopoly type of companies (sole provider of fibre in the complex). They think consumers don't have a choice but we actually do since 5G and LTE have come a long way. ISPs are also pricing their services competitively.

Invoice also says 250mb/s which I highly doubt. Probably near 30mb/s so this is also misrepresentation of the service - are there are Ts and Cs I have to read regarding the speed of the line?
