Missrepresentation of service

I have been connected to the Metrofibre Network for several years through one of their agents Firestream. After realising that Firestream cannot take their customers calls and charge almost double the price of Metrofibre direct, i contacted Metrofibre direct. My calls are recorded and the sales person i spoke to was Madelein. Madelein proceeded to mess up the application process and after several calls i managed to eventually get the installation completed by a staff member who admitted to my son he had no idea what he was doing. My one request was that the new system which i will be invoiced for must have the same or better signal strength than the one we currently have. Photos of the existing system were sent to Metrofibre. After the installation my system was just as slow and had half the distance. At this point i contacted Madelein again and she politly told me its not her problem. I then contacted Jacque de Villiers who did try to help me but unfortunatly has staff that do not follow his instructions. I was then sent a private contractor to come and sort the system out. His name was Johan and he reconfigured my routers. He also gave me a verbal estimate of R1800 to add a re router to the system. When i received the official quote it was R4220 a considerable difference in price from the verbal quote. All things being equal my system was working before Metrofibre got their hands on it. The only request was to upgrade the speed and move the account. Two weeks later my re routers have been reconfigured and are not working. Had Madelein done her job properly i would not have been in this situation. Every time i try to sort out the problem i get offered a ticket and a call from a staff member with a pre written response list. It is of my opionion that Metrofibre will do and say anything to take your money and you will pay the price of time and money should you wish to complain for the service you want to pay for. You are an embaresment to the service industry. Be very carefull should you wish to do business with this company.
