Microfiber has a few good people

Just to be clear I am not giving MetroFibre as a company a good review the service was terrible, but I have to give credit to two individuals. I was struggling to get service for the better part of 3 months but once my issue got to these 2 individuals it got sorted quickly which frustrates me even more because I know there are competent people over there.

But I digress, my mother taught me to me not to only critique but to praise as well so here it goes. I just want to give a massive shout-out to Yana\ Jana, sorry madam never got the spelling of your name and Thomas the infrastructure engineer. You guys are the best. Thank you for delivering on your promises and being good people as well. I don't know if Metrofibre recognizes your value, but I sure do!

Thank you for your excellent service, I sincerely appreciate it. You guys made a very ****py morning so much better. I wish you good fortune and know that people do see your efforts and my hope is that Macrofibre as a company rewards you for this.
