Metrofibre’s service is very poor to put it lightly
I have app**** for WiFi to be installed at my apartment and they were quick to get the sale done. However after they have installed the WiFi, it has never worked and whenever I call I’m just passed around support agents.
They all say they will send some guide and call me back. Which never happens. This has been one of the worst service I have received.

Someone called and assisted me. She knew what she was talking about unlike the other 2 that promised to send me a guide via email.
