METROFIBRE WORST SERVICE - STAY AWAY

I migrated from Corlink due to the company closing down. It has been 6 days without service. MetroFibre is sending me pillar to post. I have been incurring huge costs just for my business to stay afloat while metro fibre is taking their sweet time to get me service. Mind you I submitted all their forms in April already. Funny thing is they were to quick to invoice me and I paid them, but I have no service. No ETA nothing. Worst communication. Maybe will have my service restored next year at this rate. Am sure Afrihost will connect me faster.

I need a company that cares about its customers and are committed to service excellence. Metro fibre is the pits of service delivery. DO NOT GO TO METRO FIBRE, if you want excellent service.
