Metrofibre - VERY BAD SERVICE company

I already wrote a review a few days ago about Metrofibre. They immediately reacted to my review with a generic promised to address the problem. Yet again I received the generic message but NO ACTION! Its been days without a word from them. We are NOW without internet for almost 3 months!
