MetroFibre - too big to care
Despite laborious daily interactions with the Webafrica call centre agents MetroFibre just don't seem to be able to get things done. A simple service activation has still not happened 10 days after it should have. However they had no problem receiving our first payment when we ordered the service 3 weeks ago. I have great sympathy for the Webafrica call centre agents who Metrofibre use to insulate themselves from irate clients. The Call centre agents are polite and professional and do all they can, but at the end of the day it seems that they are as helpless at the mercy of MetroFibre as we are.
