Metrofibre the MOST USELESS
METRO FIBRE Metrofibre is the worst service provider, in less than 6 days we have had 2 outages that are longer than 3 days. They have this useless AI "Sue" machine that adds no value. You will be on the call for a minimum of 30 minutes (If you are lucky to speak to an agent). Just to log a ticket. In the 30 minutes of your waiting period, your call will be dropped by the same AI response.
The lady I spoke to, Theresa, is the most useless arrogant agent I have spoken to. She has not assisted with anything, she is so clued up about Metrofibre SAL's , yet she adds no value in assisting to resolve customers complaints. She would not even lift a finger to go an extra mile, except to throw at the customers the SLA agreements. If you look at the number of complaints and queries on this platform about Metrofibre, yet you still continue to procure their services, you have no else to blame, except your ignorance.
I have had enough of this useless service provider!!!

This mail refers to the continued poor service, a continued empty promises, no regard of customers. The Siboniso guy responded on hellopeter stating how apologetic they are, how understanding they are of the frustration experienced by customers.
The commitment below was that the call will be attended at 08:30, an hour late, no single sole attending to my ticket, no communications.
They are so quick to respond to the reviews just so they can seem to be attending to their customers issues, YET NOTHING is being done.
