Metrofibre sucks

Worst internet service provider ever! Call their support service and they tell you to unplug your router to reset or that the wifi doesn't work because the walls are too thick...... I installed LAN lines so not doing wifi, I have to reset the router atleast 10 times a day. They don't send out a technician, just reset, reset reset, which is frustrating as I have a child doing online schooling
