Metrofibre slow download speeds

Since the beginning of 2022, I had been getting very slow (1-4 Mbps) download speeds on my 25/25 Mbps Fibre connection. To cut a long story short, after speaking to several consultants at Metrofibre and my ISP Home Connect, last week I got through to Nadia du Preez at Metrofibre. She listened carefully to my problem and asked me to record my download speeds during the day and evening and email them to her. Suddenly, on Monday (21Feb2022) my download speeds were back up to 25 Mbps. Thanks to Nadia's prompt and courteous service I was once again getting what I paid for. Thank you Nadia!
