Metrofibre, simply the best!!

I will keep it simple. My ONT installation was done over a weekend. There were challenges connecting my line as there were protocols that needed to be followed, and given that it was a weekend, certain things could only be during a working week. The technical team and call-center lady bent over backwards to assist me in being connected. The even happened over a DECEMBER long weekend of the 16th in 2018, where most people would be switched off, with a carefree attitude, but these people did everything possible to make sure I am connected.

Special thanks to: Alison (tech support): She calmed me down and assured me she will get my issue resolved, this was even after I had given up, and raised my voice because of how my matter had been previously managed. She even called the following day to check on the status.
