Metrofibre should not be trusted, they don't care about clients

Since last year September we've been waiting for fibre in my area. Metrofibre started with huge fanfare, but then it all ground to a halt (Except for the other suburbs around us, they all got connected quickly). So since Last year September we've been waiting. Then the deadline moved to November, then it moved to march, then it moved to may, then it moved to June, then it moved to July. End of July I was told October will be the latest, but probably sooner. Today I logged a complaint and the feedback from a Mpho Koelman is that is most likely November, but I should not hold them to that. When I rep****, a Margaret Mpete rep**** :"thank you please call again". So basically they have no incentive to finish anything, no other operator can install fibre in the area cause they are supposed to but they are not doing anything, other areas around us, removed their fibre within 3 months (much larger areas). Metrofibre just could not be bothered
