MetroFibre service on zero % level

The worst service ever, every month for a week , there’s no connection, you call them they will put you on hold until you decide to hang up. No sense of urgency at all. I had no connection since Tuesday, today is Friday and they are telling they will send someone within 24hrs and the problem might be resolved after 3to4 days which is next week Thursday, come on guys you can do better
