Metrofibre PATHETIC SERVICE

I moved to new address on the 27th of February this year, I paid for my current month on the 26th of February. I made so many calls to these people, it is so hard to reach them, I lost so much airtime. It's over a week without internet but my R400 is at their disposal. I notified these people on the 28th, they asked for both the old address and the new one, I gave it. As usual they delayed until they send the technician on Thursday 5 March. The guy told us he was informed that this is a new installation and as a result we are going to pay. We told him not to activate that until we spoke to MetroFibre. Saturday I called and the lady confirmed that my change of address was showing in their system and that they will prioritize on my case, that before Monday I will be connected, guess what nothing happened until I call them today afternoon (Monday) and re-explain my case, the lady i spoke to assured me that my case is escalated and someone will come today. The time is 20:24, like a mad person I'm sneaking outside looking at every car passing my place hoping to be that someone. This moment I'm hoping they give my money and for me to join Herotel.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
