Metrofibre or Metro-dialup

Had fibre installed at my house through the IPS Webafrica. Took 24 hrs for the line to get active which was great. The only problem the line is giving me a total of 5MB/s noting more nothing less. This has been going on now from the 26th of April till now.

I have had my fair share with other providers as well but metrofibre takes the cake when it comes to being absent or just plain ignoring th e client I might as well just cancel this line and go back to my previous provider. Thanks for digging up my yard and giving me fustration and a 5MB/s line.
