Metrofibre nightmare

Worst customer service ever , they have made a capture error on my account and can’t fix their own mistake ?? 5th day of no internet, all you get are ticket nrs which don’t get resolved! Their support WhatsApp is non existent, lucky if you get through on the phone & then they can’t help you ! What type of support is that ???
