MetroFibre Networx's communitcation "Networx" not Networxing!
Absolutely Useless!! MetroFibre has been laying fibre in my area since the end of 2020! First they said it will be "live" by mid Desember 2020, then they changed it to Jan 2021..then Feb the March. They put pamflets in our postbox and send sms's that say.. "fibre is now live in the area apply now..". The Call centre says the fibre is not yet live..but why then send the messages and put application forms in the post boxes? With numerous emails and calls.. There is no feedback from them at all. So either there is no cummunication even within the departments of the company or they FALSE ADVERTISE for a product that is not available yet to get sales!
