MetroFibre Networx - Real Bullies

Ever wondered why MetroFibre Networx sounds so good...

The attention is in the detail...

What is needed for an ISP to expand its customer base in order to provide faster internet at a competitive price?

ISP's need to lay more foundations. One way of doing this is to use the worst Contractors with a workforce that's probably unqualified, inexperienced, careless, negligent, bullies, unfair or unprofessional.

MetroFibre Networx is currently busy doing this in Pietermaritzburg.

I guess if you had to go & interview many of the residents; a lot of them may very well seem agitated, irritated & fuming.

MetroFibre Networx contractors are digging trenches & leaving people's plants/ shrubbs in a mess. Their labourers mock, tease & entice our precious kanine protectors until one of them gets bitten. Interrupt our water supply by hitting the pipeline. Buried many water meters. Dug a deep trench so close to a parked car you'll need a step ladder to get in. Trenches right across one's pedestrian gate/driveway. In an area where roads are very busy & small kids are playing. Senior citizens can't take delivery of medicine or other essentials. Trenches so deep that a person could get hurt. Temporary filled up trenches where one has to physically use a spade to remove the soil so that you can drive over to get your car into the garage. Open trenches without proper safety/ warning nets. Staff not wearing minimum PPE's! OHS non-compliance?

Yes! It gets worse!

You drive your car out after raising your concerns about these trenches with the Foreman on site, yet he says not to worry he'll guide you to out, then... bang! The front wheel of your car is stuck in the trench like a crouton in a bowl of soup!

You take it up with the Subcontractor, Contractor, Project Manager as well as MetroFibre Networx themselves. What do you get? N.O.B.O.D.Y. wants to take responsibility for the D.A.M.A.G.E.S. to your car!!!

In addition, leaving people stranded without being able to earn an income. Some working 12 hours a day. All these people are trying to do is help put food on the table...

Because these Corporates are procrastinating, these people will probably be unemployed as a result of not having the transport...

These Corporates also claim that individuals should have insurance for loss of income!? During this pandemic with its lockdown!?

Just to be threatened/ bul**** by these Corporates so that you have to be scared or pushed into a corner!?

This people, is what I guess many "unfortunates" have to put up with so that they can provide faster, more affordable internet with F.I.B.R.E.!? All this at the cost of others?

Totally unacceptable! You can't just walk all over people or make accusations when you weren't even there to see what happened for yourself? Threaten people by saying you have witnesses! Well, hell yeah! Many staff working for little money would probably say anything to keep their jobs as opposed to telling the truth?

A person can even go so far as to say they're a steamroller and you are the soil under it.

They C.A.N.N.O.T. intimidate people like this!?

Where is your moral compass MetroFibre Networx?

Where is your responsibility towards Employee safety? Especially with Covid-19 exploding in SA!

How can you call yourself a "big" Company if you can't even fix this "small" issue?

Do the right thing. Take R.E.S.P.O.N.S.I.B.I.L.I.T.Y. for these mistakes!

F.I.X. them a.s.a.p.!!!
