MetroFibre Networx poor communication
Absolutely shocked at the slow progress of going live in the Effingham heights / Avoca zone 1 area. The road has been partially live for 2 months and when the end date which was supposedly end of June came it moved to end of July, now it has suddenly moved to end of September.

10 Aug 2021, 09:02 Good day, We trust you are well. Your area, Avoca free-standing houses is still in the project’s phase, which means that the whole estate is not live yet. Unfortunately, we can't provide an exact go-live date for any project as there are a lot of factors that can influence the time frame of the physical infrastructure build. Once the physical build is complete, numerous quality tests need to be done before we can activate the estate as we need to ensure that everything is up to standard. We estimate that the whole process should be completed by 30/09 if everything goes according to schedule, but again, we are unable to provide a definitive date.
