Metrofibre Networx

I have to say,i am not a happy customer of metrofibre networx.The finance dept told me in the month of May 2024 they dont see a payment for March so the switch off the fibre line.After a few phone calls and pop payments send to the finance dept and still they say they dont pick up a payment for March.The payment was made on the 29Feb 2024 at 20H55 from my Capitec acc and it was made immediate payment.All payments was done immediate payments,so the money will show in Metrofibre account.Spoke to a few ladies and i have say,it didnt turn out good.So i decided to cool down for a month or two.The amount of air time wasted is bad enough.So i decided ,ok on the 26 July 2024 to pay the March month that they say i was behind and also add a new months payment.So total amount paid on the 26 July 20204 was R2480-00. And like always we send the pop payments to both the email accounts for them to see its paid in full.Ok now ,wifi is paid,so from Monday the wifi will work again,just to find out my account was cancelled with out any email or a notification.Ok i can understand that but now new account has to be made,cool i can still understand that,remember there is no need for installation,everything is still there.We are now on Tuesday the 30 July 20204 and gues what?????still no wifi.Metrofibre cant do a reconnection in two days.Yet i still phone in to hear whats wrong why it takes so long and all that i get is,the problem was given over to the NOC Investigations.Yet still no feedback given to me.Still no wifi,they received the so called March payment that was on there system behind.That was no paid again, and still i as a customer dont received the service i paid for.I think people dont know how to do there work.I dont even think they going to phone after this review.I think they going to ignore this.As long they can pocket the payments they are happy.I hope ,just maybe hope to hear from the big bosses and not the normal workers in the officesses.Just remember pop payments leaves paper trials,and bank accounts statements also dont lie,so dont try to phone me and try to bully me over the phone. So let see what happens.
