Metrofibre missing
I am just a very concerned client .
Metrofibre has targeted our area and started the ground work for installing fibre .Progress was rather fast and I have submitted pre orders .
The guys are close to my area and I was under the impression they will be here this week.I have checked and now the diggers are just MIA this week .I cannot find or see anyone and no progress is made .I have no one to contact or to find out what is happening .
I am writing this review because I am optimistic and really exited about the fibre but I am concerned about them just being gone this week .

I am sure this will be resolved and I am positive I will get excellent service from you.We just need to pick up the pace .Once I am live I can change this to a 5 star.

Kindly be advised that the Warrenton Northern Cape area is in the execution phase and we are unable to provide a definite date when it will go live.
Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to provide an exact go-live date for any project as there are a lot of factors that can influence the time frame of the physical infrastructure build.
Once the physical build is complete, there are numerous quality tests that need to be done before we can activate the area as we need to ensure that everything is up to standard.
