MetroFibre Legends!

I have had such a fluid and easy experience with MetroFibre, they made every effort to assist me in setting up and installing my fibre line and router. I had calls made to me through the entire experience, having had a technician call me to plan and help me configure the router and they were extremely accommodating working after 5pm to assist me and going the extra mile. Even though I had multiple delays due to loadshedding and my cellphone battery dying on my way home home , this technician made every effort to contact me and even through an alternative number. Please MetroFibre, if you track who worked on my experience, please let them know it was a great experience and service. 10/10! Only constructive feedback is that the support line can be quite a long wait, this hurts when having limited airtime.
