Metrofibre issues

Hi

I have been battling with fibre issues for 3 months now. I currently get 0-1Mbps on thr download and it disconnects and reconnects every 5 minutes. Called their support centre numerous times but they say reboot the modem after 45 mins which I did and did not help.

I can't work like this and will have to cancel my metrofibre if it goes on like this.
