MetroFibre is worse than the government!!!

I am waiting since 1 September 2023 for Metro Fibre to come and sort out my connection, but no one has called me back. Is this what you call customer service? My next move is to cancel everything with you and look for a better internet supplier! Hope to here from you soon!!!
